1. Definitions and Applicability

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Erroneous Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Weekly and Special Offers

The following bonuses apply to active members, each with its own eligibility conditions:

• Weekly Reload: 30% bonus on deposits of ৳500 or more, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18 times.
• Friday Special Reload: 50% bonus every Friday, up to ৳12,000; wagering 20 times.
• Slots Gift: 40% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22 times.
• Birthday Reward: Once a year for verified members, up to ৳2,000; wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳3,000 on a successful referral; wagering 12 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming or betting purposes — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, only the most recently claimed bonus will remain valid.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus on the relevant account may be cancelled.
• 699 bet's decision on bonus claims is final.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is valid once the 699 bet system confirms it after placement. If a bet is not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error is detected in the game or betting software, 699 bet reserves the right to void the results of that session. Winnings obtained during the error may be cancelled. Stakes will be returned.

6.3 Live Casino and Sports Betting

Live casino games are subject to the individual rules of providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be voided or settled according to the applicable rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and confiscation of funds:

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 699 bet

In the following circumstances, 699 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified time.

8.2 Account Closure Request by Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. All valid balances will be settled before the account is closed, however any bonuses will be forfeited.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the member must first contact the 699 bet support team. If a complaint is raised via live chat or email, the team will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a resolution is not reached through the support team, the matter may be escalated to senior management. In disputes relating to betting or game outcomes, the game provider's logs and server records will be considered the final evidence.
